7 days before period starts... Having a lot bowel movements

First month trying to get pregnant. 7 days away from starting my period. I'm having a lot bowel movements. Been having cramping, headache for the past week. had spotting for 3 days. All the symptoms I had when pregnant with my daughter 2yrs ago. Can you still be pregnant if you are having a lot bowel movements?
