Baby sleeping on tummy / face down

Is it safe for my 5 month old to sleep on her stomach? She is able to roll, she is doing this on her own now during her sleep but what worries me is that she is face down, slightly turned. Every time I flip her back she wakes up or will go back on her tummy. Help! 4:30am and can’t sleep😢
