Pumpkin pie isn't the only thing in the oven (hopefully)

I am currently 10 dpiui. I go in Monday morning for blood work to confirm if I'm pregnant or not. But, I've been having all types of crazy symptoms! I woke up this morning with my face COVERED in acne (I NEVER get acne. Ever.), the past few days I've been extremely nauseous, and my boobs literally feel like I decided to have them stuffed with watermelons. I'm naturally larger chested, but they are noticeably heavier and fuller. I'm trying so hard to not take a test yet because I'm afraid that I'll be let down. So what do you guys think? Baby maybe or no way jose?
