Prenatal vitamins
There are so many to choose from. I have been researching what is important for healthy <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.baby">baby development</a> and mothers. So much information out there. Folic acid, DHA, iron, calcium, and choline. Who is take what? I’ve started rainbow light prenatal one while I was trying to conceive, but it does but include DHA. Looking for better/healthier supplements. Are mothers taking more than one kind of supplement a day? Any advice would help for the first time momma. Thanks in advance 😊
