Pubic bone pain in early pregnancy?

Hi everyone,
I’m 6dpo and having lots of pressure and fullness and mild cramping but today when walking up the stairs I got the same shot of pain in my pubic bone that I had when pregnant with baby #2. Anyone has that sign early in pregnancy??
