FTM- I think baby is constipated!

My 1 year old just recently started drinking whole milk in replace of formula. Since then her poops have been small tannish brown balls and they smell absolutely horrible!

What can I do to help my baby poop ASAP! This has been going on for about a week or so and thought maybe it was just due to the new milk change. I feel so bad 😭
