HELP PLEASE!!
So... I have a heavy flow and I get soiled even when I use a heavy flow pad. Someone told me about period cups and I don't know how to use it, do you put the cup in ur vigina???? Because it seems big, I mean how are you going to sit if you have something as big as a cup in your vigina???
Can someone please tell me more about period cups???
