i need advice please help

i have been on junel fe for over 8 months now. the past two months i randomly started to spot on november 11th, it lasted a couple days, then on december 11th again and the same thing. i went to the gyno and nothing is wrong with me, she thinks it’s my birth control and gave me the choice to either stick with junel fe for one more month to see what happens, or switch it to balcultra. I don’t know what i should do and i need help... i really don’t want to go through the 3 months of regulating my body to another pill again, yet i also don’t want to waste a month if i do start spotting again.

in addition, i am on my period week on my junel pill and my period is a lot heavier and i have a lot more cramps than normal.
