What do you keep in your diaper bag?

Just curious what everyone keeps in their diaper bag? My son is a little over two months and I feel like I tote round a huge bag and hardly use anything in it. Thinking of downgrading. And how do you guys pack for bottles? Do you bring the whole thing of formula? What about breast milk? Lol I’m a dummy

Wipes, diapers, sippy cup, changing pad, extra clothes, wet bag for dirty clothes, some toys, some snacks, diaper rash cream, epipen, shot records, pacifier and clip. When she was on formula we would pack however many bottles we would need and I bought a formula container that held 9oz of powder. I also keep water bottles for myself and my daughter in the bag

Diapers, wipes, change of clothes, bottles, pacifier, burp cloth, portable changing mat, formula, they sell formula holders that are like a little round disk and it holds an individual serving of formula so you dont have to carry the whole can. I got one at target. I think that's all I have in my bag.

Big diaper bag: Diapers , wipes, diaper cream, poop bags, several outfits, burp cloths, bibs, small first aid kit, toys, snacks for me, hand sanitizer wipes, breast pads, empty bottle and formula (single serve stick of powder)in case my husband is out without me but usually she just gets boob, changing pad, breast pads, extra shirt for me
Small diaper bag for quick trips: diapers, wipes, changing pad, bib, one outfit, hand wipes and poop sacks

Diapers, wipes, rash cream, bib, burp cloths, extra outfit, changing pad that came with the bag, booger thing, nail clippers, pacifier sanitizer, and I believe that’s it. I just nurse her when we go somewhere but she’s EBF.
