Diaper rashes

Hi all. My daughter is 1 year old. She’s never gotten a diaper rash before but in the last few days she has been pooping like crazy I don’t want to be gross but I’m also not sure what’s this all about. She hasn’t had any food that’s new lately. Sometimes it’s a regular poop and sometimes it’s a bit more liquid but not enough for it to be diarrhea. Anyways it’s resulted into a diaper rash and then I got it treated now she has another one I’m just so confused on what could be going on.. any one had this problem?

I normally change her every couple hours/ as soon as she goes so she’s not sitting in it for long.

I just feel horrible 😭
