Tips from fit mamas!
I'm due in four weeks and I need advice for after I give birth. Once I get the okay, I'm going to start walking and jogging. After I know my body is ready throw in exercise and cardio.
My questions are how do I keep my energy up with a toddler, newborn, and breast-feeding? What are some basic tips or things you do to maintain a healthy lifestyle? Foods to keep energy at a good level and not grogginess?
I cut out soda, fried foods, and trying to get my snacks healthier. I was told I should get an abdominal binder at the hospital, thoughts?
Before this pregnancy I wasn't heavy in my belly. I hold my weight in my arms and legs but I want to work on my belly too.
