Can I get pregnant on the pill easily my family keep telling me to be careful but is it that easy even on the pill.

No. It’s not easy. There’s obviously always a small chance. If taken correctly, it’s extremely effective with a very slim chance of pregnancy happening. I was on the pill for about 4 years and always took it at the exact same time, even the placebo pills. I am currently pregnant. That, however, is really rare.
