Does anyone know what kind of rash this could be? We are super careful and wash everything before she wears it and she only uses dove baby.

Could be molluscum. My daughter has it. Don’t pop them as it’s contagious. Definitely have your pediatrician look at it.

From where it is it looks like irritation from where her nappy sits.
