Baby checklist what do you have already?

Trying to figure out some things I'm missing

All I need is newborn clothing, bath set and creams such as diaper cream and lotions. Oh and diapers. I made a list and have edited several times. It helped me keep organized with the things I needed.

We have a crib, a baby monitor (we actually have 2 lol one is the nannit and the other is a more traditional one a friend gave to us, owlet sock, breast pump, baby bath tub holder, we bought a closet insert (closet in the spare bedroom was completely bare, no rod or anything), stroller, infant car seat and the adapter for the stroller. 
I look on fb market place and my local buy nothing group for deals all the time. So some of the things we’ve grabbed are random. But I just check them off my registry (which I haven’t shared to anyone yet)

I don’t have anything yet! On my must have list for when I start are: a bassinet for our room, some swaddles, a baby bath seat, a thermometer, baby Tylenol, baby nail clippers, (the stuff that you don’t want to wait for if you suddenly need it!) and then postpartum stuff for me like nipple cream/pads, a nursing bra, and maternity pads/underwear. I’ve already been given some cute baby outfits for Christmas, and I just know my family is going to send clothes once little one actually arrives, so I’m not going to buy any other clothes until we see if we actually need them based on baby’s size. Trying to go minimalist!
