does my boyfriend even like me?

Me and my boyfriend will officially be a year into our relationship in February of next year. The beginning of the relationship was amazing of course because it was the honeymoon phase. I feel like he’s letting out steam so early. I brought him gifts for his bday, got him a playstation 5, cook and clean for him and in return he not only does nothing for my birthday, which is in december, he hasnt even tried to give me anything for Christmas. It sucks because I love him and I hate to feel like I’m being selfish for wanting these things. But I feel like I deserve to be treated like his girl. I wanna get taken out, get gifts, be showered with his affection but when i try to bring it up with him it seems like it goes through one ear and out the other. I out right asked him if he liked me and he says yes but he’s done nothing to show for it nor impress me. What should I do?
