Slow Down of Movement

Has anyone else experienced a slow down of movement at 38 weeks? I am unsure if it is something I should mention tomorrow at my appointment. The only thing I can feel is her little heel pressing behind my belly button and little shifts occasionally. I know that I've been dilated for a few weeks now and I've been losing my plug since Christmas eve. I'm wondering if maybe labor is near and she's just getting lower in the birth canal?
