COVID positive baby

Anyone who has had a little one result COVID positive? My little guy just turned 5 months today and suddenly he got very feverish and so did his dad. My husband went to get tested immediately and came back positive so now I’m assuming baby is also positive. Just went to the ER and his temp was 103.. they gave Tylenol and did a COVID test. I’m so worried 😭 please tell me your experience and how you dealt seeing your little one sick especially with something as scary as COVID 😭 baby boy has been extremely healthy up until now so this is killing me 😭
