Implantation bleeding

I had an still birth at the end of October and I had my first period this month , but then these past 3 days I’ve been spotting , could it be Implantation bleeding or is it just my body isn’t back to normal just yet ? 😂 also I’ve had sex more than whats charted I just don’t chart it Everytime I be forgetting but I do chart whenever I bleed .
