Progesterone for healthy baby
Has anyone been prescribed progesterone 100 mg twice a day to safeguard early pregnancy? 6+4 weeks. I has an ultrasound today and the doctor saw a gestational sac as well as a small sized yolk sac but no heart beat yet. She has asked me to wait for 10-12 days. I'm a bit worried if this is normal? I've read that the heart beat is detected through an ultrasound (not TVS) around 7-8 weeks. Can someone please share their experience?
