I’m 6/7dpo and today started feeling what I think is implantation cramps.

I remember having a similar pulling/twinge feeling with my last pregnancy but bcos it wasn’t planned I wasn’t paying attention and can’t remember if it was central or one sided!

Atm if feels like on and off pulling on the right side I’m worried this is a sign of ectopic ???:(( I am potentially at risk for this as I suspect I had pelvic inflammatory disease a few months ago .

Anyone have a healthy pregnancy with cramping on just one side?

As I’m writing this I just felt a slight twinge on my right!! How strange
