Sativa and my anxiety
I feel like I’m more of myself when I take a sativa strain . I’m able to express myself more and not overthink as usual. I just let my “true self” flow. It feels so clear and comforting. I thought about microdosing. I don’t smoke, which I only take edibles. I realized on an indica strain, It’s more of a body high which makes me lazy and depressed. I’ve studied the differences and realized it keeps me focused, active, content, more present, less overthinking. I was wondering about CBD also, if THC wasn’t okay for mental health. Any tips?
