First freak out from dad's haircut

So my daughter is 12 months now, and my husband went and shaved his head out of the blue (he had about 2 inches of hair before) and came downstairs for dinner. Baby freaked out- tears, boogers, hyperventilating, everything. I got her calmed down enough to eat a few bites of food while watching tv and dad retreated upstairs.

Any advice on how to help her get used to dad's new haircut?
