No follicles yet?? Advice needed

Today was dya 10. I had my ultrasound and i didn't have any follicles developing yet. This is the second round of fermera 2.5 for 5 days. Last month I had 3 10mm on dya 10 and this time nothing yet. Anyone else have this and then have them develop later? Or am i out?
I believe I am a slow responder. Didn't do trigger until day 19 last month

I took that Ned for 2 cycles and it did the same thing. I had no follicles and I had horrible side effects. Next month I took clomid 100mg with no side effects and had 2 follicles. We did t get pregnant that cycle but the following cycle I got pregnant :) I'm now 8months along

I had the same thing. I took femara days 3-7 and had my ultrasound on day 10. There weren't any follicles then do my dr had me start an 8 day course. I was suppose to take it days 10-18 but had another US on day 17 that showed 3 follicles ranging from 20-25 mm. I stopped the femara and triggered on day 17! Don't lose hope!! Good luck!!😊
