Cervix checks during labor
The closer I get to labor I seem to have a lot more anxiety about getting my cervix checked than labor. I know it seems crazy but I have issues with not being in control of someone’s hands down there🥺 idk how to get over this because I know it’s necessary during labor. Please don’t judge I really been trying to mentally prepare myself for this. It’s just hard for me.
