Dizzy spells and headaches

I’m 32 weeks pregnant and I just started having dizzy spells to the point I have to close and eyes and hold my head while the room looks like it’s spinning til it finally stops. I’ve also been having headaches few times a day. Those have been happening, but the dizzy spells have just started. I contacted my doctor, I’m just waiting for her to get back to me. I’m just nervous. Anyone else have something like this going on and what’s causing it for you?
