Am I in labor?

I’ve had looser stools the last couple days instead of constipation. This morning I had diarrhea. Then at 1 I started having intense cramping that is coming and going. Kind of irregular but anywhere from 2 minutes to 10 minutes apart. Way more intense than Braxton Hicks and with back pain.

I'd call L&D, describe all of this to them, and see what they have to say. They might tell you to wait it out or they might tell you to come in for monitoring! Either way you have piece of mind ❤

Did you try taking a warm bath and seeing if the cramping subsides ?
