Is this a red flag... would you take this job?

I had an interview with this women for a nanny job. It started off well but then she started saying things that just didn't really sit well with me. She said "So you realize as a nanny your job is to do what me and my children say." One thing us that came off as rude. Another thing, why would I be doing what her CHILDREN say? I'm taking care of them and they are supposed to listen to me. She also says "Are you for sure going to stay because I've been through 8 nannies this year?" 8?! She told me she had 8 nannies quit on her just this year. The pay is really good. Probably my most highest paying nanny job, but it honestly sounds like this women will be hard to work with. What do you guys think?
