Possibly Spd?

Haven’t been diagnosed with it...yet. But since last week I’ve been in so much pain in my pubic area. Cant carry my two year old up the stairs anymore. Making me waddle even more because it hurts. Can’t turn over in bed. I couldn’t lift my right leg on Saturday night. Btw I’ll be 26 weeks on Thursday. I’ve NEVER had pain like this in any of my other pregnancies. Baby girl is still moving but I just wish I wasn’t hurting like this. Does it sound like spd?
