Hey does anyone else have PCOS but none of the typical symptoms? I am not overweight, I don’t have even the slightest amount of facial hair, my periods and cycles are super regular, my ovulation kits are coming up with high fertility and peak fertility days right on cue, and I don’t have acne. The only thing that may be related is that my hair has been falling out but my dermatologist thinks that is stress related. Anyway I’m just wondering if lack of symptoms is normal or if I’ve been misdiagnosed (I’m currently living in a developing country and the healthcare here isn’t great). That being said, my ultrasounds did show many small cysts on both ovaries. Does that definitively mean PCOS or could it be something else? Thank you in advance for any ideas🙏❤️
