Confused!!

Hi ladies!! A little about me- I was diagnosed with PCOS at 17. I am 31 and my hubby and I have been trying to conceive for a couple years.

Around Dec 11, I had a couple days of weird spotting. This is when I was supposed to be getting my period so I assumed that’s what it was and thought nothing of it.

On Christmas Day, I was taking an ovulation test and decided to take my last pregnancy test for the heck of it. To my surprise, it was positive. I FREAKED out bc it’s the first time I’ve seen a BFP.

I went to the store and got more tests. I got one more very faint positive and the rest since have been negative. I’ve tried a couple different brands and early results as well as regulars (all pink dye). I’ve had no bleeding but light cramping the last day. Do you guys think I had a miscarriage but didn’t bleed? Do you think I could be pregnant and the negatives are false? Has anyone else experienced this with PCOS?
