If you trying to conceive u can also use opks (ovulation tests) to confirm or back up the cervical fluid . Dont always rely on what app says cause you could ovulate sooner or later. Another way of telling if u ovulated is temping the same time every morning once u ovulated your temp goes up and when period due it go down. Also cervical position can tell u too goes higher after ovulation and drops for your period. Good luck.
