Anyone taken a combo of Letrozole and Clomid? 🤔

I have unexplained infertility with anovulation. 
I was on Clomid for a year with no luck, then I've been on Letrozole for a year (which the highest dose makes me ovulate) but no conception. 
My doctor said something about combining both Letrozole and Clomid...?
Has anyone else taken this combo? I just never knew this was a thing lol

Yes! I have severe pcos and don’t ovulate on clomid or femara alone but I take them both together and ovulate like a charm. 
I take 100mg clomid and 5mg femara and ovulate cd 14! I’ve conceived 2/3 of the cycles we’ve done that combo. Both ended in miscarriages but thats unrelated to the meds. My doctor views it as a success that I’m responding and getting pregnant.

If you’re willing to do medically assisted and he’s just gonna pump you with more pills I would find a new re. 
I honestly thought clomid was a 3 cycle drug then move on cause it’s not really that good for you.
