HCG levels

Hello I am currently 4weeks 6 days. I took an HCG blood test on Monday and my level is 124. I don't understand what exactly this means if it's good or bad but they are having me repeat the test. I had a miscarriage in July so I'm worried. I will know more when I get the results of my new blood test but just wondering if this level is too low?
