Easy@home slow progression

I had my beta yesterday and got result of 336 at 16 dpo. This how the test looked. Which level your Hcg should be to have these weird things to align

Update: for those who find this post. Easy@home did got darker when my HCG was higher than 1000. So it takes those awhile to get darker. Verdict, they are not the best test for testing a progression.
