First time mom here 🙋🏻‍♀️ can anyone give me tips or advice on breastfeeding ? & how can I increase my milk supply ?? How do I store it ?? For how long ?? HELP 😂🥴

Feed on demand!!! Latch baby for as long as they want every time they want it. You will feel like baby never gets off the boob some days... that’s so normal and does not indicate supply issues. Cluster feeding is the natural way that our babies increase supply.
Make sure you’re eating enough and drink water like you’re drowning!! You probably won’t feel hungry for a few days (or weeks), just try to snack on calorie rich foods and get lots of good fats. Adding lemon slices to your water can help drink more since it has a flavour.
Do not be afraid to see a lactation specialist and/or ask for help!!! Breastfeeding is HARD... take all the help you can get, make sure you’re supported.

In addition to what Rae said, Kellymom.com is an amazing resource for breastfeeding moms and has tons of great articles on whatever you're going through in your breastfeeding journey. I don't remember milk storage guidelines offhand, but they're easily found online. The other piece of advice I have is that it really is true the first 3 months are the hardest, once you can make it through that it's pretty smooth sailing.
