No ovulation or period forever

I haven’t had a positive ovulation day since September. No period since then either. Had a chemical pregnancy at the end of September and ever since NO ovulation or period 😞 also to add to the crappy ness of this, the wait to see an OBGYN is almost a year... I have tried EVERYTHING naturally. I have PCOS, type one diabetes and hypothyroidism 😞 I just want to even have an opportunity to try for a baby... I always wanted a big family. I wish I could at least have a chance again to try during a fertile window 😞
