How often does your baby Eat?

Question

Just wondering how often your babies drink milk. Mine nurses all throughout the day, but my friend recently told me she planned to cut her baby to only 3 nursing sessions a day without formula suppliment. I thought this was crazy. Does anyone's baby only eat 3 times a day?

My daughter still eats every 2 hours and eats solids once a day. I ebf.  She is not a solids fan and definitely prefers the boob.

My girl still eats every 2/3 hours. I think that’s kind of crazy too. I’m pretty sure they’re still supposed get all their nutrition from milk. That saying “food before 1 is just for fun” is sticking out in my mind lol. I guess every one does things differently though! Just keep doing what you’re doing!

My baby maybe takes formula three or four times a day it's not that much and when she drinks it's only like two to three ounces but she's eating good otherwise

Mine is EBF, refuses to take bottles. She nurses from both sides every 4 hours during the day and 2-3 times overnight (last feeding is around 6 am and then she dozes off again until 7:30/8). We’re up to 3 meals a day with solids.

We have our first day today trying two breastfeedings and one formule feeding. Besides that we have four times solids (two smaller and two bigger portions).
Up to today we had four times breastfeeding and thee times solids. We replaced one of those breastfeedings with formula a week ago. And so now seeing whether we can replace one other breastfeeding with solids.
