Intra abdominal umbilical vein varix ??

Question

I attended my 32 week consultation today and had a growth scan. 
The have listed the following which I have never seen before and this is my 2nd pregnancy. 
If anybody could shed some light on what it means that would be great , 
12mm Intra abdominal umbilical vein varix ??

I also have a intra abdominal UVV. It was found at our 29 week ultrasound. I have gone for two specialist ultrasounds (one at 31 weeks and one at 34 weeks) and they aren’t too concerned about it however they just want to monitor the baby more closely (weekly non stress tests) and it was recommended I be induced at 37/38 weeks with continuous monitoring of the baby during labor. I was incredibly scared when they first found the Varix but being seen by specialists and being monitored more closely has really helped calm me down. Now I am just counting down the days until my induction on January 11. It is definitely still scary but hang in there and maybe give your doctor a call and stay off google! (Easier said than done but definitely scared me more)
