38 and pregnant!!!

So we just got engaged on Christmas Day (YAY!!)

And today we found out we are pregnant! (3 weeks!) I’m looking for some advice for mamas who are older and anyone else actually. I’m 38, 39 in April. I’m also a little overweight so I’m definitely a bit scared. Anyone else had this situation or similar? This is my first!! My fiancé didn’t even think he had viable sperm! What a miracle but we’re so scared!
