Pooping and Teething

Our son turned 1 on the 16th. He is still breastfeeding and drinks whole milk when I'm at work, along with what we eat. Lately he has been pooping a lot. He has been pooping so much he has a bit of a diaper rash. I been putting Boudreaux butt paste on him at every diaper change. He is cutting teeth at the moment and a bit more fussy than usual. I hope the pooping is being caused by him teething and not something in his diet. Any other mothers experiencing the same thing with their little ones.
