Pulling feeling in left side

I am ~5 weeks 3 days. When I was working out earlier, I started to feel a pulling type feeling in the left side of my uterus area. I do have cysts on my ovaries. I’m just paranoid about an ectopic pregnancy. The feeling only started when I was laying on my back doing core exercises. I’m just so paranoid as I had a miscarriage last month 😭😭 I have an OB appointment in 2 days but not sure if I should cancel because I won’t be able to see the baby in an ultrasound, so that will also worry me, despite knowing it’s normal. With the miscarriage, we couldn’t see the baby at 5.5weeks, which I thought was normal, then I miscarried.
