Selfcare & losing weight !

I know everyone usually says that it’s a new year and they want to be a new them but honestly this year I’m just working on my mental health my body and my growth for me and my business

and me being my age I don’t really have a lot of people to talk to about this I’ve been my mother but I just want to know what are some really nice self-care tips that you use to take care of yourself because I really want to get better at taking care of myself

and being a lot healthier because sometimes I get really sad thinking to myself like why do I choose to eat how I eat sometimes.

and I don’t know sometimes I really feel like I eat really good I am semi-active lately and taking care of myself and I only eat bad every once in a while which is like some chips I rarely drink juice or soda just water but I just wonder what can I really do to help myself
