Do you believe in New Years Resolutions?
I don’t believe in New Years resolutions but I believe in long term goals, big goals, and little goals throughout the year. When creating goals for the year I usually wait till after the holidays closer to February when everything goes back to normal. And then I think of the steps I need to reach it. I write goals for the upcoming 10 days, every 10 days, such as brushing my hair (simple for some but my depression says nope), walking at least 30 mins a day, etc etc. I find those help me stay motivated all year long and get stuff done
