Advice for Weaning While at Work

So, my LO just turned 1 and I’d like to wean her just during the hours while I’m at work. We’ve introduced cow’s milk and she seems to like it. I work from 7-3 and I am just so over pumping while at work. Will she be okay if I have her babysitter just give her solids and cow’s milk while I am working? Right now, we’re not feeding on a schedule, but she is going through a comfort feeding stage. I’m totally good with continuing to nurse when I’m with her for the time being.
