Is SMU better than FMU?

I got what I think is a darker line later this morning compared to when I first woke up. Do you guys think this is positive?

Everyone says to use FMU but that does not work for everyone, I always recommend using later urine. My tests are always darker mid day or later in the day compared to FMU.

Usually they say first morning urine is more concentrated but I think you just disproved that! Lol. They also say you can hold your pee for 4 hours with little to drink and it helps concentrate HCG. It's definitely there!

Yes. My second morning urine is always more concentrated. I heard it's because at night lots of urine collects in the bladder and thus makes HCG concentration less strong. I always empty my bladder fully in the morning and then wait 15 Minutes (without drinking) and then collect urine to test.

Congratz girlll! Iwould say positive! I took 1 this lornin at 7am and nothing at all ill try both FMU and SMU tomorrow to see whats up.

My meds interfere with my FMU and I never got positives with FMU. I usually used later urines.
