5 weeks pregnant hunger?

I don’t recall feeling this hungry with my son. I feel like I can’t get full. Mostly craving chicken tacos.

I'm 4 weeks 3 days and have struggled with food adversions most of my adult life (I'm 33) I have a hard time eating more then 2 times a day ever and when I do I can o ly wat a small amount then I feel so full I could throw up. The last week since I found out I was pregnant,  I can't seem to be full, I eat 2-3 full meals a day and have been snacking.

5 weeks pregnant hunger?
