Ultrasound tech here. Don’t panic! I know it’s easier said than done. Every patient is different. Some of my patients (who are 19 weeks) come in with a huge bump and some come in and I would never guess that they’re pregnant by looking at them! Especially if it’s your first pregnancy it’s common to pop a little later.

Anything can happen at anytime. The risk lowers after hearing heartbeat and getting into second trimester. But things can still happen. Not having a bump is not an indication that something is wrong unless your doctor has told you otherwise. If this is your first then you likely won’t show until sometime after 20 weeks.
