Hi! I’m 4 weeks 3 days. I have had cramping ever since I got my BFP, however last night it got so intense that it woke me up out of my sleep a few times. No bleeding, just the cramping. Sometimes it feels like it’s radiating from my right ovary and that has been concerning. I’m going to call my OB in the morning, but just wanted to see if anyone is feeling cramping like this. This is my second pregnancy, the first I miscarried at 7 weeks.
