Faint line and due my af tomorrow 🤞

Heya everyone.. just want to vent. Bassically I'm due my period tomorrow and I feel shes comming. I've had faint positives which is new for me. Its driving me crazy to be this hopeful. Me and my partner have a beautiful daughter and have struggled conceiving number 2. We had a miscarriage, then a few months later an ectopic where I lost my tube and the baby. We haven't had a glimmer of a faint since. I'm so nervous because I'm pining so much on this and feel I'll be in for another disappointment and I dont think my heart could take it 💔 I've been told

is our next option but financially we cant afford that.
