Chances are you'll be fine, there's really no way to have sex without a miniscule chance of pregnancy, but if you want to be as safe as you can just using condoms check the expiration date before use, don't use an oil based lubricant, and you can have him pull out before her finishes with the condom on just to be safe

I've never had a condom break ever in my life, I've used a decent amount of them. 
However, I have had them slip a few times, but if they are used according to the directions, that will not happen & hasn't happened to me. The problem was, the first time when I was 20, I didn't know that could happen. Afterwards I was always careful about that- after he cums, you have to stop, and replace with a new condom, or it can slip off from the cum. 
Then my last ex was just not a good communicator during sex, and we had 3 slips 🙃 kinda pissed me off tbh the second time, I had to take plan B. I basically had to stop making him cum when I was on top because he wouldn't let me know he had ejaculated. The 3rd time I was being careful & didn't have to take plan b, but it still slipped.
